Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur.e **Contrôleur de Gestion H/F **basé sur notre site d'**Obernai pour un Contrat à Durée Indéterminée.**
**Votre mission**
En tant que Group Controlling Reporting & Analysis Manager, vous serez responsable de trois équipes et vous contribuez à définir la feuille de route pour développer votre périmètre vers le modèle opérationnel de contrôle de gestion ciblé et en assurer l'exécution.
Rattaché au Integrated Controlling Services (ICS) Director, les missions et activités que vous supervisez sont les suivantes:
**Rapports et analyses de gestion (5 personnes)**:
- Produire une vingtaine de rapports standards à différentes fréquences, en conformité avec un accord de niveau de service défini.
- Centraliser une partie des activités de reporting réalisées localement
**Gestion des données de référence et de la structuration des données (1 personne)**:
- Diriger la gouvernance et la gestion des données de référence des centres de coûts et maintenir la structuration des données analytiques du groupe.
- Développer et structurer la gouvernance des données de référence du contrôle de gestion en vue d'améliorer la qualité, la pertinence et l'intégrité des données de référence.
**Développement BW/BI (1 personne)**:
- Maintenir les requêtes et les tableaux de bord existants
- Développer de nouvelles requêtes et de nouveaux tableaux de bord selon les spécifications données par les demandeurs
- Participer à la gouvernance BW/BI.
**Développer votre périmètre vers un modèle opérationnel de contrôle de gestion ciblé**:
- Centraliser certaines activités actuellement réalisées localement ou au niveau fonctionnel.
- Contribuer à définir la feuille de route pluriannuelle et à exécuter en conséquence les plans d'action associés.
**Votre profil**
Diplomé.e d'une formation supérieure Bac+5 dans le domaine de la finance ou d'une école de commerce.
Vous disposez d'une solide expérience en contrôle de gestion à l'échelle internationale, avec une expérience en matière de reporting standard. Idéalement, vous avez acquis de l'expérience au sein d'un département FP&A d'un grand groupe.
Vous êtes intéressé et compétent pour assurer la qualité des services quotidiens, mais vous êtes aussi stratégique et orienté vers le développement afin de façonner davantage votre périmètre par des activités de pulling-in.
Vous êtes capable de travailler en mode transversal, vous avez de solides compétences en matière de communication orientée vers les groupes cibles et vous incarnez naturellement un rôle central, démontrant détermination et capacité à mobiliser les équipes.
Vous connaissez bien Excel, idéalement aussi SAP BW4HANA, SAP SaC ou PowerBI.
Vous parlez couramment l'anglais. La maitrise du français ou l'allemand serait un plus.
