**Descriptif du poste**

**Le produit**
Procsea est une plateforme SaaS d'e-procurement qui permet de développer la coopération entre chaque acteur de la filière des produits frais en automatisant le cycle de vente et d'achat. Notre objectif ?
- Doter les acteurs de la filière produits frais d'outils efficaces de mise en relation pour le processus de e-procurement
- Standardiser les échanges de données
- Améliorer la traçabilité des produits frais

Et la technologie Procsea est la clé pour pouvoir y répondre

**Le rôle**
En tant que **Customer Support Assistant** vous serez rattaché(e) à l'équipe Delivery vous serez en charge d'apporter une assistance rapide et efficace à nos clients et fournisseurs, en répondant à leurs questions et en résolvant les problèmes techniques. Etant ainsi le point d'entrée direct et indirect pour toutes les réclamations, votre rôle est de fournir la meilleure expérience client à nos utilisateurs et de veiller à ce que toutes les questions obtiennent une réponse de qualité le plus rapidement possible.

A ce titre, vos **tâches** au quotidien consistent à:
**Détecter, remonter et organiser les bugs**
- Traiter les demandes clients et prestataires à travers les différents canaux
- Identifier et faire remonter les bugs éventuels à l'équipe technique, en assurer le suivi et informer les utilisateurs de leur résolution
- Suivre la résolution des tickets pour s'assurer depuis l'ouverture de l'incident jusqu'à la résolution et la clôture

**Amélioration de l'expérience de nos utilisateurs**
- Faire remonter les feedbacks utilisateurs à l'équipe produit
- Rédiger et maintenir les supports d'aide à destination des utilisateurs
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et des outils de l'équipe support

**Le profil recherché**
- Toujours à l'écoute, vous avez un état d'esprit positif axé sur la satisfaction du client
- Vous dotez d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Véritable team player, vous travaillez étroitement avec plusieurs équipes pour atteindre un succès commun
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral; la maitrise d'une troisième langue (allemand, italien ) est un plus

**Nice to Know**
- Contrat en CDI, rémunération 20 à 25k annuel
- Début du contrat: démarrage immédiat possible
- 3 à 4 jours de présentiel dans les bureaux à Rennes
- Très bonne mutuelle d'entreprise (dentaire, lunette etc... conjoint + enfants)
- Team building tous les 3 mois
