Descriptif du poste

Rattaché(e) au Area Vice-Président, vous travaillerez main dans la main avec les équipes commerciales afin de développer la stratégie commerciale du groupe en national.

Vous serez un maillon essentiel de cette organisation Agile et participerez à l'évolution de la société dans son ensemble.

Le domaine de la e-santé vous ouvrira ses portes et vous découvrirez un environnement fourni en belles opportunités.

Vous serez une création de poste qui intervient dans le cadre d'une réorganisation interne.

Vos missions:
En tant qu'acteur de la stratégie de l'entreprise:

- Vous êtes partie prenante de la planification stratégique orientée commerce et marché
- Vous êtes capable de tisser des alliances et des partenariats stratégiques dans votre domaine
- Vous êtes spécialiste de la gestion des canaux de vente et du développement des marchés
- La croissance et le développement de la société sont pour vous des objectifs à atteindre par tous moyens
- Vous êtes capable de gérer la structuration des prix, les stratégies liées aux produits ainsi que les relations essentielles avec le marketing concernant votre segment d'activité
- Vous pilotez, managez les équipes de vente et vous intervenez dans les négociations importantes avec les partenaires intégrateurs
- Vous avez une vision globale sur les actions des partenaires revendant les solutions de l'entreprise, et pouvez être présent sur le terrain
- Vous développez de nouveaux partenariats dans les zones géographiques à potentiel
- Vous initiez et animez les actions de Business Développement

Profil recherché

Issu de formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle de minimum 10 ans. Vous avez une expérience de minimum cinq ans dans le management d'une équipe commerciale.
- Vous avez évolué dans la vente de solutions logicielles
- Idéalement, vous avez déjà travaillé dans le domaine de la e-santé
- Vous avez eu des réussites dans des secteurs innovants
- Vous avez le leadership nécessaire pour embarquer vos collaborateurs
- Vous êtes en mesure de donner un cap commercial et de dynamiser vos équipes
- Un anglais fluent est nécessaire afin d'échanger avec vos collègues à l'international
- Vous êtes disponibles pour des déplacements ( Nanterre, Soulac-sur-Mer et Montpellier)
