Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager with an international mindset to join our team in EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in the EMEA region, leveraging your expertise in smart and sustainable building technologies to build relationships with key decision-makers and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth in the EMEA region.
  2. Client Acquisition: Lead the process of acquiring new clients by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  3. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales team members, providing support to enhance their performance and development. Share best practices with your peers in other regions of the world.
  4. Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Share your insight with your peers globally and use this knowledge to adjust strategies, anticipate client needs, and position our solutions effectively.
  5. Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and provide insights to refine sales strategies and processes.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals and ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or smart building industry. Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
