  • Set up and administrate our tools to manage our processes in a easy and simple way

- and offboarding, all people moves (mobility, promotion )_

  • Campaigns' roll out (Performance, Salary reviews, bonus campaigns )_
  • Roles and data structure_

  • Manage projects to implement/improve our current stack of tools (benchmark )

  • Ensure an accurate and relevant structure of data in our HR tools
