Nous recherchons un(e) Business Development Representative Channel au sein de l'équipe CHANNEL (Vente Indirecte) pour assurer le recrutement, l'animation et la gestion des partenaires sur l'ensemble du territoire français.
Organisation de l'équipe :
Nous sommes une équipe composée de 5 Responsables des Ventes Indirectes qui couvrent l'ensemble de la France, avec une personne dédiée aux DOM, 1 en charge du programme Grey Label, 2 en charge des partenaires existants et 1 dédiée à l'écosystème Odoo.
Au quotidien, nous sommes épaulés par deux Channel Coordinator Managers chargés de la formation aux outils auprès des partenaires et des tâches de back-office de l'équipe.
En plus, au sein de notre équipe Marketing et Care, nous comptons 4 personnes dédiées au Channel.
Il ne nous manque plus que toi, en tant que Business Development Representative Channel ;)
Missions :
En tant que BDR Channel, voici ce qui t'attend :
- Recruter de nouveaux partenaires via diverses stratégies de prospection, en toute autonomie.
- Assurer la signature de contrat avec des partenaires.
- Assurer l'onboarding des nouveaux partenaires en collaboration avec les équipes Care de Ringover, notamment en organisant la formation initiale.
- Mettre en place, en collaboration avec les équipes marketing, les actions de communication ou de prospection sur les parcs clients des partenaires recrutés.
- Suivre, gérer et animer les partenaires en portefeuille à ses débuts.
- Traiter les leads envoyés par les partenaires : assurer le suivi des leads transmis à l'équipe de Vente Directe.

- Aisance technologique : prise en main du CRM, des outils internes de gestion du programme partenaires et de Ringover :)
