Senior Infrastructure Manager - Opportunity at a Leading Company in the Care Sector



Our client is a key player in Europe in the field of dependency care (nursing homes, rehabilitation and psychiatric clinics, home care services).



With a network of over 850 establishments in 13 countries, our client is a leader in dependency care in Europe, in China, and soon in Brazil.



Amidst the constraints related to Group IT certifications and standards (HDS, ISO 27001, GDPR), you will be responsible for defining and ensuring the proper implementation of procedures within the infrastructure team and the service provider.



You will monitor the remediation plans to be implemented.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular progress reports to the CIO office on the actions related to the remediation plan,
  • Evaluate current and future resource and task capacities to ensure the smooth progress of the remediation plan, propose optimization and possible reallocation in collaboration with the managers of the teams involved,
  • Coordinate the proper consideration and implementation of these action plans among the infrastructure team members.

Documentation:

  • Organize document management of procedures and operating methods within the common repository in the Infrastructure Department,
  • Act as a document reference point in audits,
  • Raise awareness among teams about the correct application of established procedures.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure compliance with quality and security standards by team members,
  • Ensure the integrity of the document repository (procedures and deliverables),
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree,
  • At least 10 years of experience in the infrastructure field,
  • Knowledge of various IT regulations (HDS, GDPR, ISO 27001),
  • Strong attention to detail,
  • Excellent writing skills; ability to coordinate and communicate effectively,
  • Comfortable expressing oneself and adapting communication to different audiences,
  • Professional proficiency in English.
