Les enjeux majeurs du poste sont de piloter des projets techniques multidisciplinaires nécessaires pour supporter les flottes en services et mener des activités de développement demandées par nos clients.
Vous menez des projets ciblés qui vous seront délégués dans le respect des engagements techniques, financiers et calendaires définis avec l'ingénieur en chef du programme.
Vous menez ces différentes activités en lien direct avec l'ensemble des fonctions opérationnelles et supports de la société : Programme, Support Client, Production, Qualité, Achats et Recherche et Technologie.
Dans ce cadre, vos activités orientées sur le support des flottes en services seront les suivantes :
- Vous coordonnez et donnez des orientations techniques aux différentes fonctions de l'Engineering : Conception et Analyse, Laboratoire Matériaux & Procédés, Systèmes, Essais et Recherche et Technologie
- Vous gérez la résolution technique des problèmes en service coordonnés par le support client en offrant des solutions immédiates et en adressant à long terme les problèmes récurrents
- Vous contribuez à l'évaluation des problèmes de navigabilité et gérez leur résolution
- Vous supportez un plateau Engineering dédié dans le traitement des activités de non-conformité en production et de concession de réparation en maintenance.
- Vous pilotez les activités d'amélioration des produits et de réduction des coûts
Vous êtes également amené à gérer des projets de développement ciblés ou des lots de travaux impliquant plusieurs fonctions suivant les demandes de nos clients.
Dans ce cadre, vos activités seront les suivantes :
- Vous définissez les objectifs suivant les besoins clients et les jalons associés, la définition des lots de travaux, les calendriers et les coûts
- Vous assurez la validation du cahier des charges par l'ingénieur en chef et le programme puis le client
- Vous gérez la réalisation des objectifs du projet défini en coordination avec l'ensemble des fonctions Engineering.
- Vous assurez le reporting de votre projet vers l'ingénieur en chef, à l'ensemble des parties prenante internes et externes (équipe engineering, équipe programme et client)
