CIRCONTROL is a leading technology company in the electric mobility sector, and we are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our French division. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance remotely and on-site, following established guidelines and procedures.
- Manage customer service tickets, conduct remote diagnostics, and perform on-site interventions as needed.
- Provide remote support and on-site assistance during customer service activations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Process standard exchanges, send spare parts, and support internal processes, documentation, and manufacturer software.
- Monitor ongoing or completed actions, generate reports, and raise alerts to management as needed.
- Participate in and facilitate training sessions in France and at the headquarters in Barcelona.
- Technical background in Electrical, Electronic, or IT studies.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of e-mobility.
- Native French speaker and proficient in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM, and reporting capabilities.
- Hands-on temperament with the ability to take initiative independently and a strong client focus.
- Willingness to travel within France and occasionally to the headquarters in Barcelona.
- Dynamic international team environment.
- Independent company with solid financial stability.
- Considerable autonomy with recognition from management.
- Partial remote work possible.
- Permanent contract (CDI).
- Free Friday afternoons from 2 pm.
