- Superviser et coordonner les opérations quotidiennes de l'hôtel/restaurant
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des différents services (réception, restaurant, étages, etc.)
- Gérer les plannings du personnel et veiller à la bonne répartition des tâches
- Faire le suivi des réservations et des arrivées/départs des clients
- Répondre aux demandes et aux plaintes des clients de manière professionnelle
- Assurer la formation continue du personnel pour garantir un service de qualité
- Contrôler la conformité des procédures et des normes de l'établissement
- Participer à la gestion des stocks et à la logistique des fournitures nécessaires.
- CAP ou BEP dans le domaine de l'Hôtellerie / Restauration
- Expérience professionnelle de 1 à 3 ans dans le secteur de l'Hôtellerie / Restauration
- Excellentes compétences en gestion d'équipe
- Bonne connaissance des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes rapidement et efficacement
- Aptitude à travailler sous pression
- Sens de l'organisation et rigueur dans le travail
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de communication (logiciels de gestion, réseaux sociaux, etc.)
