About the Role
Qatar Duty Free is seeking a dedicated and experienced Airport Operations Supervisor to join our team in Paris, France. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services, contributing to a positive customer experience and on-time flight departures.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of passenger and aircraft handling, adhering to strict safety and security protocols established by ICAO and IATA.
- Ensure that all Qatar Duty Free aircraft handling standards are consistently met throughout your shift.
- Effectively manage and allocate manpower resources to optimize utilization and maintain a high level of staff morale and discipline.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Ground Handling Agents (GHA), catering services, fueling, maintenance, cargo, and crew, to ensure seamless ramp handling operations and expedite departures.
- Conduct regular checks to guarantee adherence to established standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving passenger inquiries and complaints, working closely with Customer Relations to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an airline or reputable Ground Handling Operations environment at a supervisory level.
- A strong understanding of airport operations, including passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance calculations, and dangerous goods regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of Conditions of Carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security Procedures as outlined by ICAO and IATA.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
- A current legal right to live and work in Paris, France.
