Vous êtes rattaché(e) au département RH et plus précisément à l'équipe Talent Acquisition.

Vos Missions:

- Coordonner toute la logistique du recrutement en apportant un suivi rigoureux de nos différents reportings afin d'améliorer l'expérience recrutement tant au niveau des Managers qu'au niveau des Candidats.
- Contribuer à la rédaction et à la mise en forme des descriptions de postes internes et externes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de la communauté RH et les managers pour clôturer avec succès les postes ouverts, y compris la rédaction des propositions d'embauche.
- Vérifier et traiter toutes les factures des fournisseurs tiers, obtenir les approbations nécessaires et soumettre les factures approuvées pour paiement.

Nous recherchons les connaissances et compétences suivantes:

- Minimum Bac+3 en RH, administration avec une première expérience en ressources humaines sur un poste administratif orienté recrutement
- Rigoureux(se), forte capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement où le rythme est rapide, les délais sont serrés et la demande est forte.
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de suivi et de réflexion critique ; capacité à établir des priorités tout en maintenant la plus haute qualité.
- Expérience dans un environnement international préférable, très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
- Maîtrise avérée de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint et des systèmes de base de données.
- Maîtrise des ATS (si possible Taleo).
