Au sein du Service Support Client de la Business Unit On-Board & Testing, la mission du Customer Support Manager (CSM) est d'obtenir et maintenir la satisfaction des clients Utilisateurs / MRO / Distributeurs en exploitation sur les produits. Le CSM assure la coordination et l'interface entre les différents métiers impliqués (Administration des Ventes, Direction Engineering, Ateliers de réparations, Logistique et approvisionnement, Ventes ) pour le respect des obligations contractuelles avec le Client. Dans ce cadre, vos activités principales seront les suivantes : - Assurer le management des contrats de maintien en condition opérationnelle et des réparations (dont validation des devis et commandes avec l'ADV, rapports d'avancement et d'obsolescence, revue de performances). - Assurer la satisfaction client à travers la tenue du TAT de réparation de l'atelier (pilotage des revues de performance client) ainsi que la sortie des devis/offres et des indicateurs du Service - Exploiter le RETEX et la liste des équipements livrés et à livrer avec leurs informations de coût, prix, date en vue contribuer à l'élaboration des propositions commerciales en coopération avec le Commercial du Service Client - S'assurer de la tenue du coût des services et du respect des engagements contractuels (livrables matériels, logiciels, documentaires, rapports). - Participer à l'anticipation de stock composant obsolète (dans le cadre d'un contrat MCO) pour couvrir les approvisionnements longs délais ou éléments hors cycle de fabrication (obsolète) - Participer aux réunions et suivi des faits techniques concernant les produits du Support Client et de la Ligne de Produit - Représenter le client sur les besoins associés aux contrats de services, participer à l'élaboration des offres de Services et promouvoir les Services de Safran Data Systems - Veiller à la bonne administration des garanties contractuelles ou produits de ses clients - Être l'interface privilégiée des clients sur leurs besoins opérationnels concernant les services (assurer les visites clients) - Être force de proposition pour maintenir et améliorer le support aux clients - Suivre les alertes d'obsolescence et les demandes de modifications de la Ligne de Produit
