Concept Recrutement recrute pour l'un de ses clients, Groupe de renommée internationale, un Retail Manager (H/F).
Vos missions & responsabilités:
- Rattaché(e) à la Direction Retail, vous participez activement à l'optimisation des performances commerciales de votre périmètre tout en veillant à la qualité du service client proposé.
- Vous définissez les divers process opérationnels ainsi que les plans d'action afin d'atteindre les objectifs définis par la Direction Générale.
- Vous analysez et interprétez les indicateurs de vente pour identifier toute opportunité de croissance.
- Vous animez, encadrez et accompagnez les équipes terrain grâce à vos qualités managériales.
- Vous vous assurez de l'excellence opérationnelle en boutique.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du trade marketing pour soutenir et accompagner les évènements commerciaux.
Profil recherché
- Formation supérieure (Bac+3/5)
- Expérience confirmée dans le management de structures multi-sites
- Qualités managériales et relationnelles
- Orienté(e) résultats avec une forte capacité d'analyse et d'actions
- Goût prononcé pour la satisfaction client
- Capacité à gérer des projets transversaux
- Sens du travail en équipe
- Maitrise parfaite du Pack Office
- Anglais impérativement courant
