**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee all retail operations, ensuring stores are well-managed and meet performance targets.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, particularly Sephora, to drive collaboration and mutual success.

**Retail Strategy and Execution:**

* Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retail initiatives with marketing, merchandising, and product strategies.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retail strategies, making adjustments as needed.

**Team Leadership:**

* Recruit, train, and develop high-performing retail teams.
* Lead, manage, and mentor the retail team across multiple regions in Europe.
* Develop and implement strategic retail plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

**Reporting and Analysis:**

* Fill and share weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.
* With a master's degree from a business school, you have already completed a minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, with a strong emphasis on area sales management and team leadership.
* Experience at/with Sephora or a similar retail environment is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Fluent English is essential. Multilingual skills including French, German, Italian, or Spanish are desirable.
