Retail Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Account Manager to join our team at Xiaomi Technology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our retail partnerships and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products with our retail partners;
- Manage sell-out targets, follow-up, and actions to correct with our retail partners;
- Ensure effective product and POSM coverage in stores for our retail partners;
- Plan and monitor promotions to increase sell-out with our retail partners;
- Manage key stores for our retail partners and drive in-store share of our brand and products;
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and business partners;
- Budget and ROI monitoring for our retail partners.
Qualification Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly developed team spirit;
- Rich experience in retail marketing, preferably in the mobile phone industry;
- Strategic and analytical thinking;
- Innovative and well-versed in consumer interactive experience;
- Good communication skills and excellent coordination ability;
- More than 3 years of work experience in mobile phone or FMCG is a plus;
- Vast experience in business with chain-retails, operator stores, distributors, and dealers;
- English language proficiency.
