Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Account Manager to join our team at Xiaomi Technology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our retail partnerships and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products with our retail partners;
  • Manage sell-out targets, follow-up, and actions to correct with our retail partners;
  • Ensure effective product and POSM coverage in stores for our retail partners;
  • Plan and monitor promotions to increase sell-out with our retail partners;
  • Manage key stores for our retail partners and drive in-store share of our brand and products;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and business partners;
  • Budget and ROI monitoring for our retail partners.

Qualification Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a highly developed team spirit;
  • Rich experience in retail marketing, preferably in the mobile phone industry;
  • Strategic and analytical thinking;
  • Innovative and well-versed in consumer interactive experience;
  • Good communication skills and excellent coordination ability;
  • More than 3 years of work experience in mobile phone or FMCG is a plus;
  • Vast experience in business with chain-retails, operator stores, distributors, and dealers;
  • English language proficiency.
