**Votre mission**
- Vous serez en charge de définir, développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale de notre entreprise, notamment en France, Italie, Allemagne et en Benelux.
- Grâce à votre excellente connaissance des différents marchés des assurances, notamment en matière de gestion des sinistres corporels, vous contribuerez à la stratégie de développement et d'expansion de notre groupe.
- Vous serez amené(e) à remporter de nouveaux projets et à conquérir de nouveaux clients en les accompagnant depuis le premier contact jusqu'à leur acquisition et leur gestion.
- La bonne réussite de notre stratégie, l'accompagnement et la fidélisation des nouveaux clients seront au cœur de vos préoccupations majeures.
- En étroite collaboration avec nos chefs de produits, vous participerez au développement de nos produits et veillerez à répondre aux besoins de nos clients.
- Vous contribuerez à la mise en place de notre business plan. En conséquence, grâce aux échanges avec les clients, vous serez amené(e) à identifier les besoins en capacité, les volumes prévisionnels et adapterez ainsi nos processus et stratégies opérationnels internes.

**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une école de commerce ou d'une université, titulaire d'une licence ou d'un master en commerce ou d'un diplôme similaire.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'entre 5 et 10 ans dans la gestion commerciale, en fort rapport avec le secteur des assurances.
- L'expérience dans le courtage d'assurances est un plus.
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques de vente et de négociation.
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du secteur des assurances et vous disposez déjà d'un bon réseau de contacts dans le monde des assurances.
- Vous disposez d'une bonne aisance relationnelle, d'excellentes capacités de communication et une grande ouverture d'esprit.
- Vous maîtrisez le français, l'anglais, et de préférence aussi l'espagnol.
- Vous êtes prêt à vous déplacer en Europe et à l'étranger.
