Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level, Executive Management, and various stakeholders within each account.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer use cases, success metrics, and monitor project success.
  • Create, drive, and increase revenue within a dedicated accounts portfolio.
  • Develop account management plans for upsell and retention strategies.
  • Generate leads and chase qualified business opportunities.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Own the sales cycle from pipeline building to forecasting and deal-closing.
  • Coordinate customer testimonials and references to feed new business and sales processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Significant experience in an Account Management role selling SaaS solutions with a customer-oriented approach.A proven history of closing deals.Ability to generate business leads for upsell.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Dynamic, curious, creative, and self-driven.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams.Excellent organizational skills.Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot).What We Offer
