Nos conseillers clientèle et spécialistes produits travaillent en étroite collaboration pour répondre aux besoins des clients, à travers des produits et services allant du simple crédit à la gestion de trésorerie internationale ou au financement du commerce international.
Vous intégrerez le centre d'affaires MME (Middle Market Enterprises) Development Center situé au 3, rue des Mathurins – Paris 8. Il est composé d'une équipe dynamique et motivée d'une cinquantaine de collaborateurs.
Ce centre d'affaire a pour vocation de gérer et développer un portefeuille d'entreprises/ PME (CA > 10M€) sur tous types de secteurs d'activité pour HSBC en France.
Vous assisterez au quotidien les Chargé(es) d'Affaires Entreprises dans leurs missions de développement commercial, de gestion des risques et participerez aux rendez-vous clients et prospects.
Missions :
Dans le cadre du Plan d'Action Commercial et des objectifs fixés, vous serez amené à seconder les Chargés d'affaires Entreprises dans leurs missions en gardant le souci de l'efficacité, de la qualité du service, de la maîtrise des risques opérationnels et du respect de la conformité.
Vos activité principales :

• Gérer la relation commerciale au quotidien (suivi des flux et opérations confiés, évaluation des besoins de crédits, équipement...) en partenariat avec un Chargé d'affaires Entreprises senior

• Conseiller et réaliser les ventes de produits simples et services adaptés aux besoins du client en coordination avec les Chargés d'Affaires
Entreprises.

• Assurer le montage et l'analyse des dossiers de crédit conformément aux besoins et à la qualité des clients

• Assurer la revue périodique KYC des clients

• Suivre les engagements et les dépassements, préparer le renouvellement des dossiers de crédit dans les délais impartis

• Mettre en relation les clients avec Lignes Métiers (GPS, Trade, FX, Commercial Finance)

• Se tenir informé des produits et services par une lecture régulière des outils internes de communication

• Appliquer les normes de contrôle interne HSBC, notamment la mise en place de vérifications par les autorités de règlementation internes et externes ou toute autre question soulevée par les régulateurs externes.

• Appliquer la politique de conformité du Groupe, applicable au poste.

• Acquérir et maintenir la connaissance des scénarios de risques opérationnels liés au poste et veiller à ce que toutes les actions réalisées dans le cadre de la fonction chez HSBC prennent en compte la possibilité de survenance de risques opérationnels.

• Entrant en BAC +4/5- Master, vous disposez de connaissances en finance d'entreprise acquises au cours de vos études (analyse financière et/ou connaissance des produits bancaires).

• Doté(e) d'un tempérament commercial, dynamique, vous avez le sens de la vente et du service client.

• Organisé(e) et autonome, vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe, vous avez la volonté de vous impliquer dans la vie d'une entreprise.

• Pack Office Microsoft : niveau intermédiaire à expert sur Excel et PPT

• Langue : Français et anglais niveau intermédiaire (B2 à C1)
