Vous intervenez sur des offres ou exécutions en France ou à l'International, dans la position de Process Coordinator. Vous êtes le représentant du Process vis-à-vis des responsables offres et affaires, et le garant de la continuité du Process du début de l'offre jusqu'à la réception.
Les projets que vous traitez mettent en œuvre des procédés de traitement d'eau potable, d'eaux usées, de dessalement, de biosolides, biogaz et/ou de traitement d'air.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
En phase offre :
Réaliser ou faire réaliser les notes de calcul process qui seront vérifiées par la Direction Technique
Vérifier la design note qui en est tirée
Réaliser ou faire réaliser et vérifier les P&IDs et la spécification des fluides nécessaires au développement de l'offre
Coordonner les intervenants du Process (Proposal Engineers, Experts, Process Engineers)
S'assurer que les risques et Opportunités Process sont bien explicités, compréhensibles et dotés d'un plan d'actions clair pour le transfert à l'exécution en cas de gain de l'affaire
En phase exécution (l'offre remise étant gagnée) :
Coordonner l'équipe de Process Engineers qui va réaliser les documents Process d'exécution (P&IDs, Process Control Philosophies)
Vérifier les documents produits
Coordonner les intervenants du Process (Process Engineers, Experts)
Assurer la continuité entre offre et exécution jusqu'à la fin de la mise en route à travers le contrôle des modifications Process
Pendant toutes les phases :
Rechercher de la compétitivité sur les offres et exécutions
Produire et collecter activement les retours d'expérience (REX) à tout instant, y compris auprès du Commissioning et de l'Operation & Maintenance
Vous êtes responsable de :
respecter les délais d'émission des livrables dont vous avez la charge et le budget d'étude associé,
coordonner votre activité avec les autres parties prenantes (en particulier Direction Technique et Proposal) afin d'assurer un retour concerté à l'affaire sur les aspects Process
appliquer les standards de SUEZ – T.I. et les processus internes,
appliquer les règles et principes relatifs à la santé, la sécurité et l'environnement.
