Vous serez au coeur de la stratégie de notre filiale française, sur un poste de Direction Commerciale. Vous occuperez une position clé au sein du Comité de Direction (CODIR) et serez responsable de la gestion stratégique d'un chiffre d'affaires d'environ 100 millions d'euros. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la définition et la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie commerciale en France avec une équipe d'environ 50 personnes couvrant la métropole et les DROM-COM. Responsabilités principales : * Management d'équipe : Diriger et inspirer une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 50 professionnels, en mettant en oeuvre une restructuration de l'équipe commerciale et en supervisant les futurs recrutements. * Stratégie : Définir la stratégie de notre société pour le marché Français en intégrant les éléments d'innovation, les enjeux commerciaux, RH et marketing, tout en assurant une vision alignée sur les objectifs de l'entreprise. Vous êtes responsable de la croissance et de la rentabilité de la structure en France. * Communication avec le groupe : Assurer une communication transparente et un reporting régulier avec la maison mère pour la gestion opérationnelle et les développements. * Diriger le lancement stratégique de nouvelles gammes de produits.
- Vous avez une expérience réussie chez un fabricant dans un rôle similaire couvrant la gestion d'équipes et de projets commerciaux. - Vous avez une vraie vision 360° de la stratégie d'une entreprise, vous êtes créatif et force de proposition - Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à évoluer dans un contexte international - Vous avez une vraie capacité à influencer les équipes et votre hiérarchie afin de faire avancer les projets sur votre périmètre. - La connaissance de l'écosystème de la construction est un plus. > Vos compétences clés : Leadership : Capacité à motiver, guider et développer une équipe performante. Assertivité : Aptitude à prendre des décisions difficiles et à défendre les intérêts de l'entreprise. Capacité à influencer : Développer des relations solides et à influencer positivement les parties prenantes internes et externes. Savoir prendre des décisions difficiles et inspirer la confiance dans des situations complexes. Anglais courant.
