Electrical Qualified Supervisor - Syngenta, Huddersfield
£26 per hour
Travelling labour accepted
Perm contract
Key Objectives
To supervise a small team as part of our dedicated site team ensuring the smooth running of the plant.
Roles and Responsibilities
Compliance with appropriate health and safety, risk and quality requirements ensuring both the safety of yourself and those around you.
Read, interpret and apply engineering drawing information.
Installation of a variety of wiring and containment systems in both administration and plant areas.
Isolation and reinstatement of electrical services
Undertake planned and corrective maintenance on all electrical equipment, ensuring legislative compliance and all works are carried out fully comply with BS.
Diagnose and rectify faults on a variety of electrical systems to maximise plant uptime
Produce and amend relevant documentation including but not limited to inspection reports, built drawings and maintenance logs.
Qualifications and Experience
• Must be industry qualified/experienced and hold 18th Edition and Inspection & Testing
Lvl 3 C & G
• Strong knowledge of electrical certification software and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience and knowledge of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR's), and other NICEIC accredited certification.
• C&G Electrical Design Course would be advantageous.
