As Deel continues to expand its suite of services to support global teams, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager with a specific focus on our new Global Payroll product.

This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers' success by providing expert guidance and support tailored to their payroll needs.

Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related roles, preferably within the HR or Payroll Industry.

Have a solid track record of achievement - e.g. had success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities or won competitive awards
Familiarity with HRIS, Payroll Software and other relevant tools is preferred
Guide our customers through the change management process of implementing our Global Payroll Product. Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for customers to ensure full utilization of the Global Payroll platform
Provide expert guidance and support to customers on payroll compliance matters, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements and best practices
