**Section 1: OBJECTIF PRINCIPAL DU POSTE**
- Le Therapy Specialist Structural Heart apporte une forte expertise produit, il assure la formation médicale et paramédicale ainsi que le support technique en salle de cathétérisme/cardiologie interventionnelle.
- Le Therapy Specialist Structural Heart accompagne les utilisateurs dans la réalisation des procédures simples mais aussi des procédures les plus complexes.
- Il intervient sur les procédures de Mitraclip et Triclip. La liste de ces procédures peut être amenée à évoluer en fonction des besoins de la division.
- Il travaille en synergie avec le responsable commercial pour développer des plans d'action et mettre en place les stratégies déterminées.
- Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec la Direction des Ventes et du Marketing.
- Il est force de proposition pour proposer des plans d'action innovants afin de protéger et de développer nos parts de marché

**2: MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES**
- Assurer le rôle d'expert technique auprès des utilisateurs:

- Former les nouveaux utilisateurs
- Accompagner les utilisateurs formés dans la réalisation de procédures plus complexes
- Assurer et développer les rôles d'expert et de référent technique
- Participer et préparer les essais dans le cadre des appels d'offre
- Assurer le suivi des Product Event Report (PER)
- Assurer la formation médicale et paramédicale sur nos techniques et procédures
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec:

- Les responsables technico-commerciaux
- La Direction des Ventes et du Marketing
- Le Marketing Europe (feedbacks et amélioration de nouveaux produits)
- Les collaborateurs HSN et TS des divisions TVI & SI
- Assurer le lien avec l'ensemble des services de la Société (Etudes Cliniques, Commercial, Service Clients, AO ).
- Organiser et participer aux congrès, workshops, réunions (des ventes, stratégiques)
- Assurer la veille bibliographique : suivi clinique, connaissance des études cliniques en cours, présentations des études.
- Ces missions ne sont pas limitatives et peuvent évoluer dans le temps.

**Section 3: QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCES**
- Diplôme universitaire Scientifique ou Technique dans le domaine biomédical
- Expérience dans le domaine biomédical
- Pratique du Marketing
- Maîtrise Pack Office
- Anglais essentiel
- Bonne capacité à communiquer à l'oral et à l'écrit, à travailler en équipe et en réseau (Europe et international)
- Pédagogue, organisé, autonome, est force de proposition et d'esprit critique.
- Déplacements fréquent en France
