As part of our dynamic growth, we are looking for an
Assistant Business Development Representative (BDR) intern to support our Business Development team in France and Spain.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to gain valuable experience in a fast-growing company and potentially step into a permanent role in the future.


Main tasks:

  • Assist the BDR in identifying new leads and proposing the right consultants to suit customer needs
  • Support in lead generation and nurturing
  • Conduct research to identify business opportunities through cold calling and other prospecting methods
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and content (inbound marketing)
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and assist in promoting the Focustribes community

Your profile:

  • You are currently pursuing a master's degree, ideally businessoriented
  • You are fluent in Spanish, English, and French
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are recognized for your ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • You are familiar with prospecting techniques or willing to learn
  • You are organized and know how to manage your time
  • You are adaptable and eager to work in a constantly changing environment
