- Rattaché(e) au Directeur du développement et de la relation clients, vous aurez pour principal objectif d'assurer la prospection, la vente et le développement des clients potentiels OEM et Airlines.
Vos missions:
Commercial:
- Identification des cibles
- Evaluation de la concurrence
- Prospection
- Construction des offres commerciales en coordination avec les services opérationnels concernés (organisation, services, costing, pricing...)
- Suivi des offres commerciales (reporting, relances)
Projets:
- Elaboration des contrats commerciaux logistiques
- Lancement des projets de mise en oeuvre des solutions clients signées auprès des services opérationnels
Relation client:
- Evaluation des axes de développement des clients existants en concertation avec l'account manager
- Développement des clients existants en concertation avec l'account manager
- En coordination avec la fonction « Account Management », suivi de l'encours économique et relances auprès des clients
- Supporter la démarche de relance paiement
- Animation et/ou participation des réunions clients
- Participation à des salons
- Organisation d'événements avec nos clients
- Déplacements en France et à l'étranger
Qualité:
- Coordonner la boucle qualité et les actions de progrès et notamment les actions de progrès actées avec les clients.
