Dans un contexte où les certifications et normes IT du Groupe (HDS, ISO 27001, RGPD) sont incontournables, vous avez pour mission de définir et de mettre en place de manière efficace les procédures au sein de l'équipe infrastructure et de l'infogérant.
Responsabilités :
* Suivi des plans de remédiation à mettre en œuvre,
* Gestion des risques de non-conformité et du plan de remédiation en assurant un reporting auprès du CIO office, évaluation des ressources et des tâches, coordination des actions avec les managers concernés.
Documentation :
* Organisation de la gestion documentaire des procédures au sein du référentiel commun, rôle de référent documentaire lors des audits, sensibilisation des équipes à l'application des procédures.
Contrôle :
* Veille au respect des référentiels qualité et sécurité, garantit l'intégrité du référentiel documentaire.
- Formation Bac +5 minimum,
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en infrastructures,
- Connaissance des réglementations IT (HDS, RGPD, ISO 27001),
- Rigueur, bonnes capacités rédactionnelles, de coordination et de communication,
- Aptitude à communiquer et s'adapter à différents interlocuteurs,
- Maitrise de l'anglais professionnel.
