- Rattaché(e) à l'office Manager vous missions seront:
- Gérer la comptabilité et les finances
- Préparer les clôtures mensuelles
- Suivre financièrement les affaires
- Préparer la facturation
- Etablir les contrats de travail
- Gérer les contrats de prestation
- Assister à la gestion de projet structurants
- Déployer de nouveaux outils.
- Aider à la mise en conformité règlementaire, CSE etc.
- Gérer le matériel et vie des locaux.
- S'assurer que le cadre de vie et de travail soit sain et agréable
- Réaliser les commandes de matériel, de fournitures, de consommables et vérifier la conformité des livraisons.
- Participer à l'organisation de certains évènements.
