Key Responsibilities:

As an Office Manager at the Saint-Gobain Group, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Financial Management (35%):

  • Process invoices and payments
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Office Administration (45%):

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Provide administrative support to the management team

Assistant to the Director (20%):

  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Manage and maintain company databases and records

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
