Au sein de cette Direction, rattaché au Head Of Strategy, et en lien avec les Directions Techniques, Opérations, et Digital vous avez pour rôle de piloter la stratégie de CLP. A ce titre, vos missions seront de:
- Contribuer à la définition de notre plan stratégique (optimisation de notre proposition de valeur pour le partenaire et le client final et de notre focus géographique, identification de nouveaux leviers de croissance)
- Aider à la coordination de sa bonne exécution via l'animation de workstream
- Participer activement au pilotage de l'offre (veille de marché, études de faisabilité / business cases, accompagnement du déploiement en mode projet)
- Coordonner/Suivre la bonne exécution des initiatives clés définies dans le cadre du plan annuel
- Effectuer de la veille & des études interne & externe : acteurs présents sur le(s) marché(s), chaine de valeur, attentes des clients, produits et services proposés par nos concurrents, environnement réglementaire, à travers toute source pertinente : études internes existantes, données marchés, données publiques, rapport financier, acteurs terrain, études clients
- Collaborer avec les équipes en interne pour consolider les informations, challenger notre approche et nos résultats
- Synthétiser les résultats dans des livrables appropriés pour faire passer les messages les plus importants
- Participer à la communication / mobilisation des équipes autour de la stratégie définie
- Accompagner le déploiement de la roadmap : définir les projets à mener, piloter le cadrage, accompagner le travail en mode projet et cross fonctionnel, suivre et accompagner l'avancement.
Selon votre séniorité, vous serez amené à travailler en direct avec les managers des différentes directions et à piloter de manière autonome vos sujets dès le moment où vous nous rejoindrez, ou progressivement grâce à l'accompagnement de votre manager.
**Votre Profil** Connaissances et compétences techniques requises**
- Maitrise professionnelle de l'anglais
- Esprit d'équipe, écoute et curiosité
- Capacité d'influence pour fédérer les équipes, capitaliser sur les expertises et de faire avancer les choses
- Orientation client
- Capacité à analyser un volume important d'information en gardant une certaine hauteur de vue
- Compétences en gestion de projet
- Des connaissances de l'assurance et de la prévoyance sont un plus
**Diplômes et niveau d'expérience requis**
- BAC +5 Ecole de management, ingénieur ou équivalent
- 2 ans d'expérience en stratégie et /ou en stratégie marketing en cabinet de conseil ou chez un assureur (incluant l'expérience en alternance)
