Job Overview
At CS GROUP, the Strategic Foresight & Planning Office plays a crucial role in shaping the overarching strategy of the organization. This office is tasked with:
Conducting comprehensive analyses of future trends and identifying both internal and external elements that could influence the organization's trajectory;
Enhancing the strategic foresight capabilities tailored to the needs of CS GROUP and the broader space industry;
Executing and managing strategic foresight initiatives designed to uncover the potential impacts of various future scenarios on the organization's strategy, programs, and policies, while also assisting in recognizing potential blind spots and fostering resilience at both programmatic and organizational levels;
Facilitating the creation of strategic plans by pinpointing key challenges and opportunities, as well as formulating relevant goals and objectives that align with the medium- and long-term priorities of the organization.
Establishing and nurturing networks in the field of Strategic Foresight.
In your role within the Strategic Foresight & Planning Office, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Assisting in the generation of futures intelligence 2. Aiding in the development and execution of strategic foresight and planning initiatives 3. Supporting the coordination of internal and external foresight networks 4. Contributing to the aggregation of materials and reporting processesRequired Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and relevant experience:
A Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field; Familiarity with applicable methodologies and tools in the area of expertise; An understanding of market dynamics while adhering to ethical standards of confidentiality, loyalty, and impartiality to maintain productive relationships with stakeholders; Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.-
