Vos missions :
Connaître vos clients et leur écosystème :
* Détecter les projets intéressants non suivis et entrer en contact avec les C-level de ses entreprises grâce à un discours tourné vers la digitalisation et décarbonation,
* Assister le client dans la définition de son besoin,
* Maîtriser l'écosystème et les enjeux business de vos clients.
Déterminer et piloter les stratégies commerciales optimales pour environner les projets :
* Partager et faire appliquer la stratégie sur les projets,
* Identifier les besoins et les traduire en solution Schneider avec l'appui commercial spécialiste, des équipes avant-vente, exécution, etc.
* Construire et coordonner les solutions différenciatrices (assurer le montage d'affaire, évaluer techniquement et économiquement les solutions proposées et leur recevabilité par le client, etc.).
Gagner des parts de marché : Saturer vos clients avec la totalité des offres produits, solutions, services et conquérir de nouveaux clients.
Tenir à jour les outils de reporting et de collaboration.
Votre profil :
- Bac + 5 de type Ingénieur ou master minimum,
- Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum.
Vos compétences :
- Une excellente maîtrise de la vente et de l'intelligence commerciale,
- Une capacité à articuler le discours de transformation digitale des processus industriels ou de l'efficacité énergétique (non obligatoire mais atout supplémentaire),
- Un attrait pour le domaine de l'industrie est nécessaire,
- Un attrait pour la vente de valeur et pas que de produits,
- Un bon niveau d'anglais,
- Une maîtrise des outils digitaux, notamment .
