OMNEGY est en mesure d'accompagner à 360° ses clients B-to-B sur tous les aspects liés à l'achat d'énergie : négociation des contrats d'électricité et de gaz naturel, suivi des marchés de l'énergie et gestion des prises de position, optimisation des factures, acheminement et des taxes associées. Tout en les accompagnant sur leur décarbonation à travers audit énergétique et Bilan Carbone, financement de travaux d'économie d'énergie, énergie verte voire compensation carbone.

En croissance continue sur le conseil auprès de grands consommateurs d'énergie, OMNEGY souhaite renforcer sa Division Energy Management & Trading en recrutant un Key Account Manager H/F basé au siège à Paris.

Sous la responsabilité de Karim, vous serez ainsi chargé des missions suivantes :

Gestion du portefeuille clients
- Gérer le portefeuille client existant, identifier et convertir de nouveaux prospects
- Détecter, au niveau du portefeuille client, des besoins à venir et anticiper des solutions potentielles
- Conseiller et gérer les risques et les positions de votre portefeuille clients
- Concevoir et déployer des stratégies d'achat/vente d'énergie et de couverture/hedging pour les clients
- Suivre les marchés de l'énergie et effectuer une veille réglementaire
- Générer du PnL à partir des clients existants et des nouveaux clients

Veille marché et réglementation
- Garantir qu'OMNEGY soit toujours best-in-class sur sa connaissance et sur le suivi des marchés et de la réglementation
- Assurer une veille permanente de ce type d'informations et mesurer l'impact des évolutions pour les clients afin d'ajuster les conseils données, d'alerter en cas de risque à traiter voire de saisir des opportunités.

Outils
- Maintenir en conditions les outils existants, les enrichir dans une logique d'amélioration continue.
- Editer notre newsletter des marchés/notes de marchés à destination des clients.
- Mettre en place des outils de calcul et de suivi de gestion des risques/positions clients (forward pricing curve, forecasts)
- Qualifier et mettre à jour la base de données dans le CRM
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des outils et des process internes

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe Energy Management & Trading ainsi qu'avec le reste des collaborateurs OMNEGY pour aider à la conversion de prospect ainsi que pour infuser les bonnes pratiques et connaissances (marchés, actus, process)

De formation Bac +5 type école d'ingénieur ou de commerce, vous justifiez de minimum 6 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de clients BtB (Account Management) chez un fournisseur d'énergie.

Vous connaissez les marchés de l'énergie ainsi que les contrats de fournitures.

Votre sens de la rigueur, votre esprit d'analyse et vos capacités d'adaptation ne sont plus à démontrer.

Vous parlez couramment anglais et maitrisez parfaitement Excel (VBA ou Python apprécié).
