Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, nous recherchons un Office manager H/F.

**Les missions de votre poste**:
En tant qu'office manager vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:

- Assistanat du Président :_
- Gérer l'agenda du Président, planifier et organiser les réunions, les déplacements et les événements.
- Assurer une communication efficace pour le Président, les prise de rendez-vous.
- Fournir un soutien administratif et logistique au président
- Gestion administrative :_
- Superviser les activités de bureau quotidiennes, y compris la gestion des appels téléphoniques, des courriels et de la correspondance.
- Coordonner les activités de secrétariat, y compris la rédaction de procès-verbaux
- Office Management :_
- Gérer les fournitures de bureau, les équipements et les installations pour assurer un environnement de travail fonctionnel et professionnel.
- Coordonner les activités liées à la gestion des locaux, y compris l'entretien et la sécurité.
- Superviser les activités de soutien administratif de l'équipe, en veillant à ce que les ressources soient utilisées efficacement.
- Gestion de projet :_
- Apporter un soutien administratif à des projets spécifiques initiés par le Président, l'équipe de direction ou le service RH et Finance.
- Assurer le suivi des projets et fournir des rapports au Président et à la direction.
- Relation clients et fournisseurs :_
- Assure la relation avec les fournisseurs.
- Gérer les relations avec les prestataires de services, en veillant à ce que les contrats et les accords soient respectés.

Localisé à Paris 8ème (Miromesnil - lignes 9 et 13).

Salaire : 35-45K euros brut fixe annuel selon profil et expérience.

**Votre profil**:
Vous disposez d'une formation supérieure de type BTS Assistant de gestion et vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire. Par ailleurs, vous avez des bases en anglais.

En tant qu'office manager, vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous êtes reconnu(e) pour la fiabilité des données transmises. Vous êtes également doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel qui vous permettra d'interagir avec l'ensemble des collaborateurs, des clients et des fournisseurs. Force de propositions et proactif(ve), votre curiosité vous permet de toujours proposer la mise en place d'actions correctives.
