A propos du poste
Nous recherchons actuellement Acheteur(se) Indirect F/H pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Nanterre, France.
Au sein de la Direction des Achats Indirects France, l'acheteur sera en charge de plusieurs catégories d'Achats Indirects couvrant notamment des Prestations Intellectuelles et des Prestations de Services en lien avec les clients internes suivants : Environnement de Travail, RH, Communication/Marketing, Finance, Juridique, QHSE.
Il devra notamment :
Appliquer et faire fonctionner les processus émis par la direction des achats indirects, notamment en termes de méthodes, de règles HSES et de Conformité, Définir et déployer la stratégie achats sur les catégories confiées, Réaliser les appels d'offres, les négociations économiques et contractuelles, en adéquation avec les besoins exprimés par les prescripteurs, Gérer des sujets d'achats spots confiés, Travailler en binôme avec l'approvisionneur pour l'envoi et suivi des commandes, Gérer la coordination et assurer la communication des bonnes pratiques d'achat aux prescripteurs, Rationnaliser ses panels fournisseurs sur les catégories confiées, Suivre la relation fournisseur tout au long du contrat, évaluer les fournisseurs et mettre en place des plans d'actions, Etablir des synergies avec les autres entités Technip Energies en France, Contribuer au développement et au suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI), tableaux de suivi.A propos de vous
Bac +4 à BAC +5, Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent, 2 à 3 ans d'expériences en tant qu'acheteur indirect Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques L'anglais parlé et écrit obligatoire Connaître les techniques de négociation et d'analyse des offres Savoir analyser et négocier les conditions contractuelles des contrats d'achat Connaître les outils informatiques métier (package bureautique) Travail d'équipe et esprit d'équipeTous nos postes sont ouverts aux personnes en situation de handicap.
