**Votre futur environnement de travail**:
Avec l'accompagnement d'un directeur de projet ou d'un chef de projet expérimenté, vous êtes chargé(e) de piloter une équipe (5-10 personnes) de réalisation au forfait (développement logiciel / intégration de systèmes / maintenance applicative) au sein de nos projets de transformation des systèmes d'information des clients que nous adressons dans la sphère services publics.
Plusieurs postes sont ouverts à Nantes et sont ouverts à des Chefs de Projets débutants
**Votre rôle et missions**:
Votre fonction est globale et vous permet de monter en compétence dans le pilotage de projets complexes:
- **Pilotage d'équipe** (5 à 10 p. ; selon votre expérience)
- **Tenue de nos engagements de services** (delivery, coût, délais, qualité)
- **Animation de la relation avec vos interlocuteurs clients**:
- **Suivi des opérations et la qualité du delivery**:
- **Organisation et gestion d'équipe en grande autonomie**:
- **Suivi des carrières et de l'évolution de vos équipes** (participation aux comités RH visant à gérer leur évolution)
**- Suivi de l'économie des projets**
- **Reporting interne.**
En fonction de votre expérience, vous êtes accompagné(e) en proximité par un chef de projets expérimenté pour mieux appréhender la fonction globale attendue chez Sopra Steria.
Le poste est évolutif, la filière Chef de projet est dynamique et permet une évolution rapide en termes de responsabilité et de salaire. Evolution possible vers des postes de directeur de projet ou de postes en structure pour pilotage plus globale d'entités.
**Qualifications** Votre profil**:
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation Bac+5 (Ecole d'Ingénieurs ou de formation universitaire ou de formation équivalente), vous possédez une expérience opérationnelle d'au mínima 5 ans, ainsi que d'une première expérience en gestion de projet en maîtrise d'œuvre (développement logiciel / intégration de systèmes / TMA).
Vous êtes déjà intervenu(e) dans le cadre forfaitaire, en ESN idéalement (voir chez un éditeur de logiciels). Vous apportez une solide culture en développement logiciel.
La connaissance du secteur n'est pas essentielle : nous vous formerons à ce domaine via des formations menées par des opérationnels.
