COORDINATEUR/TRICE SERVICE CLIENTS

Skechers, fabricant et distributeur de chaussures pour hommes, femmes et enfants, recherche pour son service commercial, un assistant commercial h/f.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de l'Administration des Ventes, vous aurez pour mission:

- de gérer la relation commerciale avec les clients par téléphone
- de gérer la prise de commande par téléphone
- l'enregistrement des commandes clients
- de veiller à la disponibilité des produits et au respect des délais de livraison
- le suivi administratif des clients : SAV, retours, échanges
- l'entretien des relations étroites avec un ou plusieurs Délégués Commerciaux.

D'une formation Bac +2 ou niveau à dominance administrative et commerciale, vous savez utiliser les outils informatiques et les outils de communication actuels.

Rigoureux(se) dans l'organisation de vos tâches journalières, vous faites preuve d'une aisance relationnelle et d'un sens du service client.

Vous êtes à l'aise au téléphone, dynamique et autonome, vous savez faire face au stress et gérer les urgences
