**VOS MISSIONS**:
Basé(e) à Paris, dans le 16ème arrondissement, vous êtes rattaché(e) à la direction générale et à la DRH.

Vos principales missions seront:
**Assistanat de direction et d'équipe**
- Vous assisterez 3 directeurs dans l'organisation de leurs déplacements (réservations, notes de frais)
- En coordination avec l'assistante de la CEO, vous interviendrez en relais pour l'organisation des réunions à Paris
- Support dans la préparation de présentations powerpoint
- Support aux équipes : gestion des déplacements (réservation train & hôtels), commande des fournitures, cartes de visites.

**Office management & happiness**
- Gestion des services généraux : gestion des prestataires (ménage, entretien /maintenance, sécurité). Optimisation du site (réaménagements), Garant du respect des règles de vie du bureau (propreté, rangement), gestion du courrier
- Gestion de la relation avec les services généraux de l'immeuble
- Correspondant IT du site : réception et suivi du matériel, support de 1er niveau, gestion du matériel (écrans, imprimantes) en lien avec le service IT
- Organisation et animation des événements internes (réunions résultats, afterwork)

**Fleet management**
- Gestion de la flotte automobile France : commandes, restitutions et rapatriements de véhicules, gestion des litiges, reporting des sinistres, en lien avec notre société de leasing. Gestion des badges télépéages et cartes essence.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Diplômée de l'enseignement supérieur, vous disposez d'au minimum 2 ans d'expérience en assistanat et office management, dans un contexte de polyvalence des missions.
- Vous avez de réelles aptitudes en matière de communication et de rédaction : graphisme, communication visuelle
- Vous êtes polyvalent(e), orienté(e) vers la recherche de solutions, adaptable, et avec un excellent relationnel
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à réagir rapidement, votre sens de la confidentialité et votre sens du service.
- Vous êtes doté(e) de solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement les outils bureautiques (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Vous avez un niveau d'anglais professionnel.
