Nous recrutons un/e Responsable de boutique en CDI à temps plein (35h hebdomadaires) pour notre corner aux Galeries Lafayette Haussmann dans le 9ème arrondissements de Paris. Le début du contrat est à prévoir immédiatement . En tant que liaison entre la boutique et le QG de CrushON, vous serez chargé.e de maintenir une communication fluide et efficace entre les deux entités et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe retail. Les missions seront diverses et devront faire de toi un.e vrai.e de de la mode circulaire Type d'emploi : Temps plein Horaires : 35h par semaine, journées de 10h De lundi au dimanche Salaire : 24 566,00€ à 28 166,00€ par an Vos missions
Tes missions Accueillir chaque client et lui offrir une super expérience Vintage au sein de la boutique en les sensibilisants à la seconde-main ; Connaître sur le bout des doigts les valeurs et la mission de CrushON pour présenter le concept et sensibiliser les clients à la seconde-main ; Assurer la communication entre la boutique et le QG de CrushON et fournir des rapports réguliers sur la performance de la boutique ; Développer les performances de ton magasin via l'accompagnement d'une équipe de vente afin de surpasser et relever des challenges pour atteindre les KPIs commerciaux et objectifs chiffrés ; Analyser les indicateurs de performance à partir desquels tu développeras une stratégie pour augmenter le chiffre d'affaires de ta boutique ; Participer au recrutement et à la formation d'une équipe de vente et transmettre ta passion de la vente et de la mode circulaire ; Coordonner les activités de la boutique avec les autres départements de CrushON; Gérer les stocks et le réassort constant de la boutique ; Assurer les tâches quotidiennes telles que la gestion de l'encaissement et la comptabilité, le suivi des stocks et le réassort constant de la boutique ainsi que l'ouverture et la fermeture du magasin. Vos compétences
Ton super profil et tes compétences Tu as une parfaite présentation orale en français et en anglais ; Tu es expérimentée dans la gestion de la vente au détail et d'équipe ; Tu as un première expérience en tant que responsable de boutique ; Tu as un esprit de synthèse avec une appétence pour l'analyse d'indicateurs quantitatifs et commerciaux ; Tu es , organisé.e, et fait preuve d'initiative dans la création et l'évaluation de processus opérationnels ; Tu as d'excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes ; Tu es disponible à temps-plein 35h du lundi au dimanche selon les horaires du centre commercial.
