Vos missions en tant que Product Manager en alternance :
- Maintenir en bon fonctionnement de l'application DOCUWARE (outil de GED et Workflow validation factures fournisseurs), en binôme avec le chargé d'applications transverses
- Assurer la maintenance technique et fonctionnelle de l'application Docuware ainsi que les flux d'échanges de données avec l'éco système applicatif
- Administrer les droits et profils des utilisateurs et assister ces derniers
- Gérer les incidents et suivre les tickets
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des process métier des utilisateurs
- Piloter les prestations des intégrateurs/éditeurs
- Accompagner les utilisateurs lors du déploiement national de l'outil
- Participer aux projets du domaine fonctionnel et assurer la documentation fonctionnelle et la FAQ utilisateurs
- Contrôler et améliorer en continu le référentiel documentaire de l'application
- Assurer la pérennité des connaissances sur les solutions apportées dans le cadre de la maintenance
Poste basé à Issy-les-Moulineaux (Île-de-France). Travail en hybride.
Rythme d'alternance et présence en entreprise Du lundi au vendredi Périodes de travail de 8 heures Repos le week-end Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois En formation: 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois Attention Cette offre ne s'adresse qu'aux candidats à l'alternance qui effectuent leur formation avec OpenClassrooms. - Ecoute et compréhension des besoins des utilisateurs
- Capacité à analyser, expliquer, vulgariser
- Capacité à s'engager et tenir ses engagements
- Respect des priorités et des plannings
- Rigueur et qualités rédactionnelles
- Une expérience en stage ou alternance en développement, projet, ou assistance fonctionnelle (domaine informatique) est un plus.
- Une expérience en stage ou alternance en relation client ou assistance HotLine est un plus.
