Responsibilities :
To support the growth of the company, we create a position of IT Technician for the European Support, mainly in France. You will report to the IT manager.
Your responsibilities will be as follows :
Missions :
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization ;
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems ;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues ;
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components ;
- Ensuring the security of client computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and security software ;
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and IT devices ;
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly ;
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation.
Software required :
- Office 365 ;
- Microsoft Windows 11 ;
- Intune ;
- BitDefender antivirus ;
- GLPI asset and ticketing system.
Skills and Experience :
- French mandatory, technical English expected and German can be an option ;
- Be a teamplayer, rigorous, have a good relationship ;
- A first successful experience of one year.
Location : Location in Boulogne-Billancourt (92) 4 days per week (1 day WFH).
