Responsibilities :
To support our company's growth, we are seeking an IT Technician for European Support, primarily based in France. This role will report to the IT manager.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Missions:
- Serving as the initial point of contact for IT support within the organization;
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems;
- Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues;
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components;
- Ensuring client computer security by installing and updating antivirus and security software;
- Assisting individuals facing challenges with computers and IT devices;
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly;
- Conducting tests on new hardware and software before full-scale implementation.
Software Required:
- Office 365;
- Microsoft Windows 11;
- Intune;
- BitDefender antivirus;
- GLPI asset and ticketing system.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in French is essential, technical English skills are preferred, and knowledge of German can be advantageous;
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Prior successful experience of at least one year.
Location: Position based in Boulogne-Billancourt, with one day per week working from home.
