The Role :


The Global Associate Digital Director role

This role is based in our Global LMM team at our OMG office in Paris.

It is at the crossroads between digital, planning and client management, a key role to elevate the digital outcomes of the Global LMM team Paris and establish the Paris office as a centre of Digital Excellence.


Reporting directly to the Global Digital Director, the role combines being client-facing with a strong leadership and coaching mission across a team of 10 digital specialists, and direct report of at least 3 Digital Managers.


Missions :


  • Campaign Media guidelines :

Work closely with Strategy and Account teams and Digital specialists to deliver best in class Global Campaign Guidelines to be shared and guide 40+ markets

  • Global reporting guidance :

Work closely with the Account team and Digital specialists to roll up Global PCR delivering clear storytelling and learnings to underpin the following Guidelines

  • Global digital campaigns :

Oversee the execution of global digital campaigns, ensuring they are implemented effectively and aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Team leadership and coaching :

Support the Digital Director with team management, education and upskilling with direct report of at least 3 Digital Managers


The profile :


We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and detail-oriented talent with holistic digital knowledge and experience, especially across Display, OLV, Connected AV, Programmatic.


A background in digital activation is a must-have for this global role, along with international cross-market knowledge ideally covering also APAC platforms.


The candidate must be highly collaborative, people-orientated and with a can-do attitude; always looking to improve the standards of client deliverables.


Required skills :

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – the role is in English
  • Holistic digital knowledge with activation background and platform understanding, especially across Display, OLV, Connected AV but also Social and Search
  • Team spirit, leadership skills and coaching capabilities of more junior team members
  • Great communicator and storyteller
  • Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
  • 8+ years of experience
