ZTE France was established in 2004. Adhering to the principle of compliance operation, it insists on providing users with high-quality and reliable communication and ICT products and services, and establishes in-depth strategic cooperation with Orange and other mainstream French operators to continuously contribute value to customers. At the same time, in line with the concept of rooting in the local area and serving the world, the company has set up a localized R&D and service team in France to actively help the development of the French digital economy. In the future, the company will gradually increase the expansion of ICT products in the French market.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.


Responsibilities


  • Engage in a dialogue with French telecom operators on the management level
  • Establish a professional long-term customer relationship
  • Demonstrate customer-specific benefits of products with a high degree of proficiency
  • Communicate and interact with the customer to effectively promote ZTE solutions and products
  • Analyze and understand customer insights and market trends
  • Participate in the design and implementation of significant projects and act as a consultant to the customer
  • Ensure consistent successful business and revenue growth
  • Achieve or exceed the targets


Qualifications


  • Experience on French telecom operators(Iliad/BYG and so on) account management
  • 10 years experience in this industry
  • Successful sales track record with Operators
  • Deep knowledge on fixed-access network solutions, transmission and/or products: wifi, optical terminals, STB, CPE, DWDM, IP,
  • Fluent in English
  • At ease with matrix based organizations
