Rocket4Sales accompagne une Tech Anglaise proposant un logiciel de gestion financière dans le recrutement de son/sa futur(e) Manager/Responsable Channel Account Manager à Lyon
Les missions du Manager Channel Account Manager sont les suivantes :
- Gestion et accompagnement de 6 commerciaux Channel Account Manage (CAM) en France : montée en compétences, suivi des KPI et forecast, animation du business.
- Atteindre un objectif de chiffre d'affaires annuel en aidant les commerciaux CAM à réaliser des ventes incitatives et croisées de produits et services auprès des clients existants et par l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
- Accompagner les commerciaux CAM à examiner les informations sur les clients afin d'identifier les clients appropriés et prend contact par téléphone en tant que gestionnaire de compte afin d'évaluer l'étendue des produits et services qu'ils détiennent, d'identifier les besoins potentiels en produits et services supplémentaires et en vue d'obtenir une réunion.
- Aider les commerciaux CAM à adapter la stratégie de contact avec les clients au sein des comptes qui lui sont attribués en fonction des besoins et du potentiel de vente
Votre profil:
- Vous avez au moins 6 ans d'expérience en sales dans le secteur de la tech et/ou dans la vente d'ERP sur la partie partenariat/channel/vente indirecte.
- Idéalement vous avez une première expérience en management.
- Capacité à pitcher face à des interlocuteurs de haut niveau et exigeants. Vous dégagez de l'assurance et de la confiance.
- Excellente capacité de communication, esprit de synthèse, autonomie.
Salaire : jusqu'à 110K€ (60%-40%) de package en fonction du profil
