Mission:
- Négociation et gestion contractuelle : Analyser, rédiger et négocier des contrats complexes (énergie, fourniture, maintenance, partenariats) en garantissant les intérêts de notre client tout en respectant les normes et législations en vigueur.
- Suivi des obligations contractuelles : Assurer le suivi rigoureux des engagements contractuels des partenaires et fournisseurs, et coordonner les actions nécessaires en cas de non-conformité.
- Gestion des litiges : Identifier et anticiper les risques contractuels, résoudre les conflits potentiels et proposer des solutions en collaboration avec les équipes juridiques et commerciales.
- Support aux équipes projets : Apporter une expertise contractuelle tout au long du cycle de vie des projets, depuis la phase d'appel d'offres jusqu'à la clôture des contrats.
- Veille juridique et sectorielle : Se tenir informé des évolutions législatives et réglementaires dans les secteurs de l'énergie et des énergies renouvelables, afin d'adapter les pratiques contractuelles.
Profil:
- Formation : Bac+5 minimum en droit des affaires, commerce international, gestion des contrats ou toute autre discipline pertinente.
- Expérience : Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Contract Manager dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans le secteur de l’énergie ou des énergies renouvelables.
- Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Connaissances du secteur : Une bonne compréhension des enjeux et des spécificités du marché de l'énergie, notamment dans les énergies renouvelables, est un atout majeur.
- Compétences techniques : Excellentes compétences en négociation contractuelle, gestion des risques, rédaction et suivi des contrats complexes.
- Capacités relationnelles : Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire, aptitude à la communication et à la gestion des relations avec des parties prenantes variées (clients, partenaires, fournisseurs).
- Autonomie et rigueur : Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et rigueur dans la gestion de dossiers complexes, tout en respectant les délais et les engagements.
