Roles and Responsibilities:
• Present, promote and sell AMM services using persuasive responses to potential and prospective customers.
• Responsible for Lead Generation, Market Research, Cold Calling, Customer acquisition, Sales Management,
Social Network.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry,
researching, and analyzing sales options.
• Responsible for up sell and cross-sell covering all aspects of Sales & Business Development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to ensure customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assisting the company to grow revenue-wise by developing new accounts - through a variety of sales
strategies and building strong client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets by developing and executing account plans that create demand for the company’s
services.
• Deliver engaging presentations that showcase company’s services in the best light.
• Cascading the SoW/Project requirements from clients and sharing it to the Delivery Team.
• Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of potential and prospective customers to meet their needs.
• Attending trade shows and other industry events to represent the company.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, within company guidelines.
• Maintaining trackers for sales and revenue generation.
• Experience in using at least 1 CRM tool (Zoho, Apollo.io / any other).
• Assist in office management tasks, including but not limited to supporting the team with administrative
duties as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor of Technology in Engineering and MBA
• Proven track record of 5-10 years in business development, sales, or account management within the
Engineering and IT domains in Europe/France.
• Should have strong business and technical acumen with strong experience in sales activity for IT/Engineering
Services domain & Resource Placement Services.
• Should have an excellent track record in working with bespoke customers & experience working in different
industries like Aerospace, Automotive, BFSI, Energy, Pharma, Healthcare, etc. in multiple domains.
• Must be Excellent in Customer Relationship Management.
• Should have proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Must have a strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closure.
• Should be able to analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
• Ability to negotiate and influence others.
• Willing to be part of AMM’s ambitious growth plans.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English and French.
