Pixie Services est en pleine recherche : nous avons besoin d'un(e) Business Development Manager qui déchire pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris.


Nous avons été à la pointe de la scène du recrutement IT depuis plus de 17 ans, mettant en relation des professionnels SAP, Web, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce et Infrastructure avec des projets internationaux en Europe et aux États-Unis.


Nous sommes en pleine croissance et avons doublé de volume au cours des 2 dernières années, et nous n'allons pas nous arrêter là. Roulement de tambour…

Ta mission, si tu l’acceptes (et nous espérons que oui ), est d'être notre Maestro du Business Development. Tu seras le magicien du recrutement, dansant avec les pros de l’IT. De la prise de contact avec des consultants à l'exploration approfondie via LinkedIn et des Job Boards – c'est comme être un détective mais en plus cool.


D'un autre côté, tu passeras des appels aux clients, faisant croître le business comme un champion. Tu seras le maestro des négociations, en closant des deals.. Prêt à apprendre et envie de réussir ? Nous te voulons dans notre équipe


Ce que nous recherchons :

✔ Bonne connaissance du recrutement et de la sélection.

✔ Minimum 3 an d'expérience en Business Development IT/recrutement et/ou en tant que commercial

✔ De l'expérience en recrutement est un plus

✔ Français avec un niveau natif ou courant – non négociable.

✔ Axé sur les résultats et les objectifs – tu fixes des buts et tu les atteins haut la main

✔ Enthousiaste, ambitieux(se), autonome

✔ Citoyenneté de l'UE ou permis de travail pour la France
