Nous recrutons pour notre siège un(e) Manager Consolidation Groupe (anglais courant) en CDI à Paris 11ème, poste à pourvoir dans les meilleurs délais.

Le Groupe possède environ 80 entités avec une moyenne de trois acquisitions par an, le volume de chiffre d'affaires est actuellement de 1.1 milliard d'Euros pour un Bilan de 4.3 milliards d'Euros.

Au sein d'un Groupe leader de l'enseignement supérieur international (15 pays), détenu par des investisseurs via LBO, vous rejoindrez l'équipe des Services Financiers. Dans un contexte exigeant et très rythmé, avec des remontées mensuelles / trimestrielles et annuelles, ainsi que des acquisitions fréquentes vos principales missions seront :

Consolidation :
- Manager une équipe de 3 consolideurs situés en France et au Luxembourg, les accompagner dans leur évolution / connaissances- formations
- Travailler en partenariat avec l'expert conso sur les intégrations et la qualité des données (ancienne membre de l'équipe)
- Mener le processus de consolidation mensuel (bilans, les P&L et les flux de trésorerie mensuels),
- Produire états financiers (y compris les notes trimestrielles) (en anglais uniquement) en IFRS soutenant les covenants bancaires du Groupe,
- Traiter, accompagner et contrôler les périmètres régionaux, notamment s'assurer de la qualité des données remontées
- Former les équipes centrales et des filiales aux spécificités IFRS, identifier les traitements comptables locaux pouvant diverger des normes Groupes, ajuster les processus de remontées comptables et financières à des fins de production des états financiers du Groupe.
- Produire les états financiers consolidés annuels en IFRS (Français et Anglais), vous serez l'interlocuteur des auditeurs, en charge également des processus de clôture permettant la publication des comptes dans des délais courts
- Contribuer à et superviser la rédaction et la mise à jour du manuel de comptabilité, ainsi que mises à jour IFRS.

En mode projets :
- Travailler sur les évolutions normatives et leur implication pour le Groupe
- Conseiller et soutenir les unités opérationnelles sur les questions de comptabilité et de reporting, sur l'outil de consolidation (Tagetik),
- Contrôler la conformité des accords de financement dans l'ensemble du Groupe (covenants trimestriels à fournir aux banques)
- Implication dans les projets d'évolution de l'outil et formation des utilisateurs finaux,
- Supervision des instructions mensuelles pour les utilisateurs finaux,
- Des déplacements occasionnels dans le monde entier.
