Une entreprise spécialisée dans le marketing et la publicité recherche un Head of Data Science/ML dans le cadre d'un remplacement. Gérant un volume important de données, le Machine Learning est au coeur de son offre. L'entreprise propose des solutions technologiques innovantes pour améliorer la performance des campagnes publicitaires sur smartphone et tablettes tout en proposant une stratégie et des algorithmes sur mesure.
LES MISSIONS
En tant que Head of Data Science/ML et sous la responsabilité du Chief Product Officer, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Data Science. Vous interviendrez sur des problématiques liées au retargeting et aux pricing des enchères. Vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Encadrer une équipe de 4 personnes (data scientists seniors, juniors et un data engineer)
- Observer les KPI de performance des fonctionnalités de machine learning
- Piloter et mettre en œuvre les initiatives de R&D planifiées dans la stratégie de l'entreprise
- Communiquer en interne et en externe au nom de l'équipe, former les équipes en contact avec les clients sur les fonctionnalités d'automatisation des performances du produit et assister à des réunions avec des clients clés pour partager des connaissances techniques
- Développer une expertise sur le métier du marketing de jeux mobiles et contribuer a la définition de la feuille de route de l'entreprise en collaboration avec la direction de l'entreprise
- Superviser la conception des modèles en évitant les problèmes statistiques
- S'assurer que la partie data est faite de manière optimale et que tous les modèles tournent sans échecs
VOTRE PROFIL
- Master, doctorat ou auto-formation équivalente, de préférence en mathématiques ou ingénierie
- Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en data science et Machine Learning
- Familier avec la mise en production de systèmes de ML dans des environnements avec de forts volumes de données
- Bonnes capacités d'organisation et de planification
- Connaissance approfondie des statistiques et de l'apprentissage automatique
- Connaissance en data engineering (un plus)
- Capacité à mentorer et faire évoluer les membres de l'équipe en compétences
- La connaissance de l'adtech ou du martech est un plus
